An injectable that dissolves unwanted fat without surgery. Typical treatment area is your "double chin" but multiple areas can be treated with KyBella.
Kybella is administered through a series of small injections directly into the desired treatment area. It works by breaking down fat cells, reducing the appearance of excess fat. The number of injections and amount of Kybella used during each session will vary depending on the individual’s needs and desired outcome. The plan of execution is usually determined prior to treatment; however, adjustments can be made based upon the progress made during each appointment. Typically, patients will receive up to six treatments spaced at least one month apart; however, some patients may require fewer or more sessions in order to achieve their desired results.
Once we assess the area and determine if you are a good candidate, we are ready to start. We we will hold cold packs on areas that will be treated. The injections will last for about 10 minutes and then continue with ice packs to help with inflammation.
